bandvan docs

The parts of bandvan that happen outside bandvan: subscribing to your calendar, installing the app, what a promoter sees when you send them an advance, and connecting an AI assistant.

• The calendar feed

One calendar subscription per person, per team, showing the shows you're on — how it decides what you see, and how to subscribe in Google, Apple, or Outlook.

• What your promoter sees

The other end of an advance link, start to finish: what opens, what's asked, what happens when they submit, and what they can't reach.

• Install bandvan on your phone

bandvan can install straight from the browser — no app store required. The steps differ per platform, so here they are for iPhone, Android, and desktop.

• Connect an AI assistant

Let an assistant such as Claude use bandvan for you: what the consent screen asks, what each permission means, how to disconnect, and the address to give it.
