bandvan

Show advancing for working bands.

You most likely got here from an advance form, a day sheet, or a calendar invite that someone sent you. Those come out of bandvan.

What it does

A band — or the one person doing tour management, production and merch at once — keeps their shows in bandvan. For each show it does three things:

  • Sends the venue or promoter one advance form to fill in, instead of a forwarded email thread with six questions in it.
  • Turns the answers into a day sheet the band and crew work from on the day.
  • Publishes the dates as a calendar the band, crew and drivers subscribe to.

That's the whole product. It doesn't book your shows, take a cut, or talk to your agent.

If a link brought you here

You were sent an advance form by an act playing your room. Your answers go to the act that sent the link and to nobody else. There is nothing to sign up for, no account, and no password — the link is the access. If you'd rather not use it, reply to whoever sent it and tell them the details; they can type them in.

Request access

bandvan is in a closed beta: we let a small group in at a time so we can fix what breaks before the next one. Leave your details and we'll email you when there's room.

Only used to tell you when there's room.

Optional. Helps us know who's asking.
